The museum is closed on Christmas (December 24th–26th) and New Year (December 31st – January 1st).

The museum is accessible by wheelchair: every floor can be reached by elevator. There is a toilet for disabled persons on the ground floor.

Entrance for wheelchair users is via museum's inner court. If you arrive by a wheelchair, pelase contact the cash desk (tel. +358-9-191 28800, telephone number also at the inner yard gate).
