Jukka's wintering range in 2011–2012

Jukka spent the whole winter in a very small area at the delta of the Benoue river that empties into the southeast end of the Lagdo reservoir in Cameroon. We received a total of 951 fixes on Jukka during the winter; all of them came from an area of merely 10.6 square kilometres. Even at his furthest, Jukka only went 4.5 kilometres from the centre of his wintering range!
