TWO DAYS

Prices are twice as much
as one day fees.

If you register as a student, a copy of the International Student Identity card ISIC or a certificate of the student status with the signature of the head of the institute or department must be sent before the intended registration deadline by fax, or paper mail, or as a scanned document via e-mail. Please note in the e-mail title “student certificate”. The payment deadlines are:

The congress fee covers participation in all the sessions of the congress, the snacks & wine get together on Sunday 7th, Welcome dinner on Monday 8th, the congress excursion and inauguration of the Kumpula botanic garden on Wednesday 10th June.  All prices are in Euros.

Accompanying persons

The accompanying persons program includes participation in the evening programmes and Wednesday excursions of the congress. It also includes guided tours to the picturesque Porvoo old wooden town and a City tour of Helsinki including a special choice of exciting attractions, for example:

Cancellation of registration and refund policy

All cancellations have to be made in writing to the congress secretariat, or Tuija Partonen, Mosaiikkiraitti 7 j 10, FI-00980 Helsinki. Cancellations received by 8th of April, 2009 are entitled to a full refund, minus a 60 Euro administrative fee. Refunds are processed after the congress.

Refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the processing date. The organizers cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alteration in exchange rates. No refund will be issued for cancellation received after 8th April, 2009.

Payment details for bank transfers

When using bank transfer for paying please make sure that your name, personal registration code and the congress name EuroGard V are clearly indicated in the remittance to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered

You can check your registration code and the amount to pay from the registration email that will be automatically sent to you after you have submitted the registration form.
